You can find us at Shop No J/113 in West Patel Nagar. It’s a decent area, a bit more relaxed than the big markets but still plenty of activity throughout the day. Patel Nagar has a mix of everything, and being in the West block means we get a lot of locals walking by on their way to the main market or the metro. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of space we have. I usually spend the first hour of the day just organizing things and making sure everything looks presentable. It’s a one-man show most of the time, so if I’m not at the counter, I’m probably in the back checking on things. We don't use any big words or have a grand philosophy. It’s just about having a shop where people can come in and find what they need without a fuss. I have a small stool near the door where I sit when it's quiet. The street outside has been the same for years, and I’ve watched the shops around me change hands many times. We’ve managed to stick around by just being consistent and opening up on time every morning. It’s a quiet life compared to some other parts of Delhi, and that suits us just fine. We just take it one day at a time here, making sure the shelves stay stocked and the floor stays clean for the neighbors.
