Ram Enterprises India is based at Shop No Wz-50 in the Basai Dara Pur area. It’s a modest shop, and we’ve worked hard to make the most of the space we have. We’ve been here in this neighborhood for a good while, so we’ve seen a lot of people come and go. We don't have a big, shiny showroom with a lot of lights. It’s a pretty basic setup where we keep the items people actually need. Our shelves are usually pretty full, and it can get a bit crowded when we’re unpacking a new shipment. We spend most of our time talking to customers who walk in from the street. Some are regulars we’ve known for years, and others are just passing through. We don't do any real marketing or advertising. We just open up the shop every morning and see what the day brings. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things, and we handle everything ourselves. If you ask us a question, we’ll give you a straight answer. We don't see the point in using complicated words or making things sound better than they are. It’s a simple business, and we like it that way. Basai Dara Pur is a busy place, and being part of the local market feels right. We’re just regular people trying to provide a decent service and make a living like everyone else.
