We’ve been here at B-11 in Shankar Garden for quite a while now. It’s a ground floor spot, which makes moving the heavy water units a lot easier for the guys. The shop isn't fancy, just a place where we keep the filters and all the spare parts for the RO systems people use around Puri. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking over the service calls for the day. Water is something everyone needs, so there's always a phone ringing or someone stopping by to ask about a leak. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the back room gets a bit messy when a big shipment of membranes comes in. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of who needs their filters changed this month. Shankar Garden is a busy area, lots of traffic outside our door, but we’re used to the noise by now. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s a simple setup we have here. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that because the work takes up most of our hours. My cousin helps out with the deliveries when it gets really busy. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out. We just want to make sure the machines are running for everyone in the neighborhood.
