If you know Delhi, you know these flats are pretty standard and utilitarian. We’ve turned the space into an office with desks, chairs, and stacks of files everywhere. It’s a busy place because New Ranjeet Nagar is always full of activity. We aren't some big, polished corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. When you come here, you’re basically walking into our workspace. We handle a lot of different business tasks throughout the day. It’s the kind of place where things can get a bit messy when we’re busy, but we know where everything is. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just focus on getting the daily work done. The neighborhood is typical for this part of Delhi, with lots of small businesses and people living close together. We’ve got our routine down—starting early, dealing with the paperwork, and handling the calls that come in. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s our business and we’ve built it up right here in this flat. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys, and it feels like a real community. It’s just a normal, hardworking office in the middle of the city.
