We are located in G-2, 43, Vishal Tower, which is right in the Janakpuri area of Delhi. Srichand Computer Pvt Ltd is basically a small office space filled with screens, cables, and various parts scattered around on the benches. It’s a busy building, so there are always people walking past the window or heading to other offices. We spend our days looking at motherboards or trying to figure out why a system isn't booting up like it should. It’s mostly technical stuff, but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense when someone asks us. The office gets a bit cluttered sometimes because we have so many components lying around, but we generally know where everything is kept. Janakpuri is a big hub, so we get all sorts of people coming in with different tech issues. Some just need a new mouse, others have a laptop that’s seen better days and needs a real fix. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know our way around a PC. The air conditioning in the tower helps during those hot Delhi summers, though it sometimes struggles when we have too many machines running at once. We’ve been here for a good bit now. We don’t do much advertising; people usually just find us because they work in the tower or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a regular job, keeping things running.
