Our shop is up on the second floor, number 1213, in the Moti Nagar main market. It’s really close to the Moti Nagar metro station, which is handy. The market is always crowded and noisy, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been at Sparrowinfo Creation for a few years now. The space isn't huge. We have our desks crammed in there and a lot of equipment. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or setting things up for clients. It’s a lot of sitting and typing. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually just jeans and t-shirts. We know the other shop owners in the building. We grab snacks from the stalls downstairs during breaks. Moti Nagar is a lively place to be. There’s always something happening outside. We don't have a marketing department. We just answer the phone and try to help with whatever is broken or needs building. It's a very hands-on kind of business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to make sure the work is finished on time. It's a simple life here in the market. The stairs are a bit steep, so we take them slow. Sometimes we have to carry boxes up and down, which is a bit of a chore, but it's part of the job. We just keep moving forward one day at a time.
