Solutions-Digitas

We are located at Plot No. 80 in Pratap Nagar, New Delhi. This area is quite busy and industrial in some parts, which suits the way we work at Solutions-Digitas. Our office is a straightforward space with plenty of desks and a lot of computer monitors. It can get pretty bright in here during the day because of the large windows, but we usually keep the blinds pulled down so we can see our screens better. We handle a lot of digital tasks, so there is always a hum of servers and cooling fans in the background. It is not the kind of place where you will find marble floors or expensive art. We have a few old chairs that are a bit wobbly and a fridge that makes a weird noise every hour. Most of us take the metro to work since the station is not too far away, which saves us from the worst of the Delhi traffic. We usually have a quick meeting in the morning to talk about what needs to get done, and then everyone just puts their headphones on and gets to it. We do not have a big corporate structure; if something needs doing, whoever is free just handles it. It is a very hands-on environment and we like it that way. We have been in this part of Delhi for a while and we have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit.
