Soft Solution

So, Soft Solution is based in Najafgarh, specifically at rz-57 in Shiv Nagar, New Roshan Pura. It’s a local neighborhood, so you see the same faces every day walking past the window. The office is pretty small and simple. We have a few computers and some shelves for old manuals and spare parts. It’s usually just us working on various tech issues that come our way. Najafgarh can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the narrow lanes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don’t have any fancy glass walls or expensive furniture here. Most of the chairs are mismatched, and the ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we mostly ignore. Our days are spent troubleshooting and trying to fix things for people. Sometimes it’s slow, and we just sit around talking about the news or grabbing some samosas from the shop down the street. It’s an honest way to make a living. People from the area know where we are if they need help with their systems. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth in Shiv Nagar seems to work well enough. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the work without too much fuss. Nothing more, nothing less. We open up the shutters in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It is just how a small local business should be.
