Smridhi Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd.

We have been here in Sunder Vihar at 2/112 for quite some time now. It is a busy spot. Most mornings start with the sound of the heavy shutters going up and the smell of the nearby tea stall. Smridhi Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd. is just a group of people trying to get things done right. The office isn't anything fancy, just some metal desks, old filing cabinets, and the constant hum of the machines in the back room. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, so we just sit and talk on the steps until it comes back. It gets very dusty in the summer months, but we keep the fans going as much as we can. We don't really do big speeches or have fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, we just look at the order sheets, check the materials, and make sure the packing is done before the transport trucks arrive in the evening. There are about twelve of us here most days. The neighborhood knows us well. We have seen this street change over the years, with new shops coming and going while we stay in the same unit. Our tables are cluttered with pens and half-filled registers. It is a lot of manual work and keeping track of numbers on paper. We do not use much software, just what is absolutely needed. When a big order comes in, everyone stays a bit late. It is just how we operate.
