Our shop is tucked away in the 31 New Moti Nagar Mini Market. If you know the area, it's pretty busy around here most of the time. We’ve been running Smart Stitch Machines Pvt Ltd from this spot for a good while. Dealing with machines is what we do all day. It’s not a quiet job, there’s always something clicking or being tested. We started small, just a few of us who knew how these things worked, and it grew from there. The market has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still in the same unit. People come in looking for parts or wanting to see how a new machine runs. We don't put on a show; we just show them how to thread it or fix a jam. It gets a bit crowded in the office with all the boxes and spare parts laying around, but we know where everything is. Moti Nagar is a good place for a business like ours because everyone is always making something. We aren't a big fancy factory, just a solid group of people who understand stitching equipment. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down more than the sewing ones, which is a bit of a laugh. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes. We are glad to be part of this neighborhood for so long. It feels right to be here.
