We've been operating Simmans Life Insurance from this spot for some time. The office space is simple. We have the usual files and chairs. It’s not one of those high-rise corporate offices you see in the movies. It’s just a room where we talk to people and handle paperwork. Sometimes the street noise from Old Mahavir Nagar drifts up, but it’s part of the charm of working in this area. We don't have a big receptionist or a fancy waiting lounge. You just walk in and someone will be there to help you out. We try to keep things straightforward. People come to us because they know the address S 1/171. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our job at Simmans Life Insurance. The neighbors around here are mostly other small businesses or families. It feels very local. We appreciate being part of the Tilak Nagar community. It's where we work every day. The walls are a pale blue color and the lighting is okay.
