Our office for Nimitz Consultants Pvt Ltd is up on the second floor of Radhamohan Plaza, specifically in room 207. We are right in the middle of the Karampura DLF Industrial Area, which is always a hive of activity. It is a noisy place with all the trucks moving in and out and the small workshops operating around us. We do consulting work, which mostly involves helping other local businesses with their various paperwork and future planning. It is not the kind of job that looks very exciting to outsiders. Most of the time we are just sitting at our desks, going through files and talking on the phone with clients. The plaza is an older building, so you really have to know which set of stairs to take to find us at number 40. We have been in this spot for a long time now. We know the tea stall guy downstairs very well and get our daily chai from him. It is a small, tight team working here. We do not have any big HR department or a fancy lunchroom for the staff. We just bring our own tiffins from home and eat together in the back. Sometimes the power goes out in this industrial area, and we just have to sit and wait it out. It is just how things are in this part of town. We just handle the projects that come our way without much fuss.
