Siliconst Private Limited

Siliconst Private Limited is located over in Rajouri Garden, specifically at G-14/10-A. If you know the area, you know how hectic the traffic can get around here, but we managed to find a decent spot that works for us. The office is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cables running along the floor. It is not the kind of place that looks like a magazine cover. We mostly focus on our individual tasks throughout the day. Usually, there is some light music playing in the background or just the sound of the traffic coming from the street below. We deal with various things during the week, and sometimes the workload gets a bit heavy, which means we end up drinking way too much tea. The neighbors in the building are alright, mostly other small businesses doing their own thing. We don’t have a big HR department or a long list of company policies. It is just a group of people trying to make progress on our work goals. We like being in South West Delhi because everything you need is just a short walk away. Sometimes we have meetings that go longer than expected, and we just order some food and keep going. It’s an honest way to spend the day, working through problems and keeping the business moving forward in our own little corner of Delhi.
