Shop4U Internet Services is based out of House No.30-A in Gupta Park, Najafgarh. It is not a big corporate office, just a local place where we handle internet stuff. We started this because we saw that people in the area needed help with getting online or fixing their connections. Najafgarh is a bit of a distance from the main city center, so we like being here for the local community. The office is really just a room with some computers and cables everywhere. It is not very tidy, but we know where everything is. Some days the internet goes down and everyone calls us at once. Those are the tough days. We just try to get things back up as fast as we can. We have lived in Gupta Park for a long time, so we know most of the people who come by. We are not looking to become some giant tech company. We just want to provide a decent service to the neighborhood. Sometimes we sit outside and talk to the neighbors when things are quiet. It is a relaxed way to work. We handle everything from House No.30-A. People just walk over if they have a problem. We do not use any complicated jargon. We just talk like normal people and try to help out. Most people just need their connection to work so they can get on with their day.
