Superior It Services is down in Basement No. 15 at Shivaji Enclave. We are in West Delhi, not too far from Rajouri Garden. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural light during the day, but it’s a good, quiet spot for working on electronics. The place is full of old monitors, opened-up computer towers, and boxes of spare parts and screws. It’s definitely not a corporate office with a view. It’s more like a workshop where we get our hands dirty. We fix computers and laptops and try to help people with their internet connection issues. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of repairs coming in at once. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to the door to see who it is. We aren't fancy and we don't use big technical words to explain what is wrong with a motherboard. We just tell you if it can be fixed easily or if it’s time to think about getting a new one. The Delhi heat can be tough in the summer, but the basement stays relatively cool compared to the street. We’ve been in this neighborhood for years and most people around here know where to find us when their screen breaks. We don't do much advertising. People just tell their friends. It’s a small, honest operation. We just like fixing things.
