We are located at Plot No-A/20 in Adhyapak Nagar, which is part of the Nangloi area. Secure Mobile India is basically a place where we deal with mobile phones and related services. It’s a small shop in a busy residential and commercial neighborhood. There is always someone coming in with a cracked screen or a battery that won’t charge anymore. We have shelves lined with various parts and accessories, though it’s not always the most organized place. Nangloi is a crowded place, and our shop reflects that energy every day. We spend our days hunched over small workbenches with tiny screwdrivers and magnifying glasses. It’s a lot of focus on small details. Sometimes the shop gets a bit packed with people waiting for their repairs, so it can get quite warm in the afternoons. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; most people just walk in because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We try to get things fixed as quickly as we can, but some parts are harder to find than others. It’s a straightforward business in Adhyapak Nagar. We keep it simple and just focus on getting people's phones back in working order so they can get on with their day. That’s what we do every day here, just fixing one device at a time.
