You can find us at B 2/340 in Bharat Vihar, which is near the Kakrola area. It is a local neighborhood and we fit right in with the other small businesses around here. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building in a busy street. Inside, it is mostly just a few rooms filled with computers and some old chairs. We do a lot of tech-related tasks throughout the day. The street outside can get quite narrow, especially when there are delivery rickshaws moving through. Most of us walk from the nearest transit point or ride bikes to get here. We do not have a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just eat at our desks or go out to a nearby stall for some snacks. The lighting in the back room is a little dim, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. It can get pretty warm in the summer months, but we have some fans and an AC unit that we try not to run all day to save on the electricity bills. We have been operating out of this spot for a while and the locals know who we are. It is a grounded way to work. No one wears a tie here; we just focus on the computer screens and try to solve the problems that come up. It is a basic, hardworking environment in a real part of the city.
