Saree Mahal India

Saree Mahal India is situated at WZB/122 on School Road in Uttam Nagar. If you’ve ever been to Uttam Nagar, you know how the streets can be. School Road is always buzzing with people and traffic, and we are right there in the thick of it. Our shop is focused on sarees, as the name suggests, but it's not a high-end boutique with soft music and carpets. It's a real shop where we handle a lot of fabric and talk to a lot of customers every day. We spend our mornings unpacking new stock and our afternoons showing different pieces to whoever walks in. It’s a lot of physical work, moving heavy bundles around and making sure everything is where it should be. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just a local business trying to make a living on School Road. The shop can be a bit loud because of the street noise, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been here long enough that we know many of the families in the area. We don't use big words to describe our sarees; we just show them to you and let you decide. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We show up, we work, and we go home. That’s the daily routine for us here in Uttam Nagar, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
