Ruchika International

Ruchika International operates out of M-237 in Guru Harkishan Nagar. This part of Paschim Vihar is mostly residential, but we have our setup here where we handle all the international stuff. It’s not like a big warehouse or anything, just a practical space where we keep our files and samples. We spend a lot of time on the computer and talking to people overseas, so the time zones can be a bit tricky. Sometimes I’m here late at night because of the time difference, but that’s just part of the job. Paschim Vihar is a nice area, though parking near M-237 can be a bit of a nightmare during the day. We don't have a big staff, just enough people to keep the paperwork moving and the orders tracked properly. It’s a lot of back and forth with shipping companies and making sure the labels are right. We’ve been doing this for a few years now and we’ve learned a lot about how things work in other countries. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and some shelves full of catalogs. We aren't doing anything flashy here, just moving products and making sure everyone gets what they paid for. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when a shipment gets delayed or something goes wrong at the port. We just try to keep our heads down and get the work done without making a big fuss about it.
