Our shop is located right on School Road in the Uttam Nagar area. It is a very hectic spot to be in, especially during the morning hours when everyone is heading out. Being so close to the schools means we see a lot of parents and students rushing past our door every day. We mainly handle bags and those hard attache cases, keeping them stacked up in every available corner of the shop. The space we have is not very large, so things can get pretty crowded whenever a new shipment of stock arrives at the door. We spend a good amount of our time just moving things around so people have enough room to actually step inside the shop. It is a dusty part of town, so we are constantly having to wipe down the suitcases and bags to keep them looking okay for anyone who walks in. Uttam Nagar has a lot of energy, and School Road is right in the middle of all that noise. Sometimes people come by looking for a specific handle or a replacement wheel for an old bag they have used for years. We just do what we can with the parts we have on the shelves. This is not some corporate office; it is just a local shop where we sit on wooden stools and talk to the people from the neighborhood. Most of our day is just managing the inventory and making sure the front is clear.
