Our office is down in the basement at B 18 in Vishal Tower. It’s right in the middle of the Janakpuri District Center, so it stays pretty busy around here. Being in a basement means we don't get much natural light, but it stays a bit cooler during those really hot Delhi summers. Rr Fluid Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for some time now. We spend a lot of our time looking at drawings and working through engineering problems related to fluid systems. It’s technical stuff, mostly calculations and drafting. The tower itself has a lot of foot traffic, and sometimes it's hard to find a good parking spot nearby if you arrive late. We have a small team here, and our desks are usually piled high with papers and manuals. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon slump. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls and expensive furniture. It’s just a workspace where we get our engineering jobs done. We might be in a basement, but we stay busy with clients and projects coming through. Sometimes the elevator in Vishal Tower is slow, so we just take the stairs instead of waiting forever. It’s just how things are in this part of Janakpuri. We focus on the work on our screens and the deadlines we have to meet. That’s our daily routine here at the office.
