Rlkc Hospital & Metro Heart Institute

Our place is on Naraina Rd Nr Shadipur Metro Station, Pandav Ngr, Shadipur Depot. It’s a central spot for anyone around here. We have a lot of heart patients coming in every day. The atmosphere is usually quite busy. People are always waiting in the hallways for their turn. We try to keep things moving. The building has several floors. It’s not a brand-new building, so you might see some peeling paint here and there. We focus more on the medical stuff than the decor. The nurses are usually busy with their clipboards and medicine carts. We have a small parking area that fills up fast. This is a noisy area, so there is always the sound of horns and buses outside. We don't use big words or fancy slogans. We just provide a place for people to get their hearts checked. The equipment is kept in good shape. Sometimes it’s a bit stressful when we have many emergencies at once. Most of us have worked here for years and know the layout like the back of our hands. We aren't a corporate office. It feels like a real community spot. Families sit in the waiting rooms for hours talking. We just try to make them as comfortable as we can with what we have. It’s a lot of work keeping a hospital running in such a crowded area, but we just get on with it every morning and stay late. We know our neighbors well.
