Bhatia Global Hospital

Bhatia Global Hospital is located in Ambika Vihar at 305 and 307-308. We are right opposite the Central School in Paschim Vihar, so it’s easy to find us if you follow the school buses. Being across from a school means it gets very loud and busy in the mornings and mid-afternoons when the kids are being dropped off or picked up. Our hospital takes up a few different units in the building, so we are often walking back and forth between 305 and the other rooms to check on things. It’s a busy place with a lot of movement throughout the day. We have nurses and assistants who have been around for a long time, and they know where everything is kept, which is good because it can get a bit messy with all the supplies we need. The waiting areas are usually full of people from the Paschim Vihar area, and there is often a bit of a wait because there are always more people coming in than we expect. The walls are painted a plain off-white color and the floors are that hard tile that makes every footstep sound loud. We don't have any big fancy signs or anything, just the usual hospital setup where people come when they aren't feeling well. It can be a long day, especially when the emergency cases come in or the phones start ringing off the hook, but we just keep at it until everything is done. We usually finish up late, checking the charts one last time before heading out into the night. It’s a practical place for the local community.
