Our little spot for Rdti India Private Limited is tucked away in Gali No. 4 in Ashok Nagar. The full address is D-1/505, Kh No. 773, and it is right in the middle of a very busy part of New Delhi. Getting here can be a bit of a puzzle if you are not used to the narrow lanes around here. The area is always full of life, with kids playing and people going about their daily business. Inside the office, things are pretty straightforward. We have our setups and a couple of fans that stay on all day to beat the Delhi heat. It is a simple setup because we do not need much to do what we do. The walls are a plain color and we have some shelves for all the paperwork that piles up over time. We usually take our lunch breaks together, often getting something from the local vendors nearby. It feels like a very local business because we are right there in the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or use the backup generator. It is not a corporate building by any means. It is just a ground-level space where we show up every morning. We know the shopkeepers on the main road and the people living next door. It is a humble place to run a company.
