We are based in Gopala Tower at Rajindra Place, specifically in office 8-J. It’s one of those busy buildings where the elevators are always slow and people are constantly rushing in and out. Being technocrats, we spend a lot of time looking at drawings and technical specs on our screens. The office is pretty small and usually cluttered with blueprints and half-empty tea cups. We aren't the type of company that has a reception desk with a bowl of mints. If you come in, you’ll probably find us arguing over a design or on a conference call that’s gone on too long. Rajindra Place is a central spot, so there’s always noise from the traffic below. We’ve been here for a good number of years and have seen the building change. Our team is small, just a handful of people who actually know how the engineering side of things works. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really important meeting, most days it’s just jeans and shirts. It’s a lot of mental work and staring at data, which can be exhausting. We try to keep things practical and don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just handle the technical stuff and hope the power doesn't go out in the middle of a project. It is a grind, but we get things done.
