Radcomdev India is set up on the second floor of Plot 82 in Block B of Naraina Vihar. If you’ve ever walked around Naraina, you know it’s a mix of houses and small businesses. Our floor is pretty standard—desks, chairs, and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We handle development work from here, mostly just small and medium tasks that require us to be at our screens for long stretches. The area is quite nice compared to some of the more industrial parts of Delhi, and there’s a decent park nearby where we sometimes go when the office feels a bit too small. Being in Naraina Vihar means we have to deal with the local traffic, but it’s a good trade-off for the central location. We aren't the kind of place with a receptionist or a big sign. You just come up to the second floor and find us working. It’s a straightforward setup. We spent a lot of time getting the space ready when we first moved in, and now it just feels like the place where work happens. Most of the people here have been together for a while, so it feels less like a company and more like a group of people who just know how to work together. We don't have any big secrets or fancy methods. We just look at the requirements and try to finish them before the day ends.
