We are based over in Uttam Nagar at House Number 1 6C in the O Block. It’s part of the Wani Vihar Extension. If you’re looking for us, it’s basically a home-turned-office where we handle all the computer stuff. We’ve been fixing machines and helping people with their software for quite a while now. The space is usually full of monitors, cables, and towers that are being worked on. It’s not a big retail store or anything like that. It’s just a place where you can get your PC looked at without a lot of hassle. We see a lot of neighbors from Uttam Nagar coming in with broken screens or slow laptops. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just tell them what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes we’re working late into the evening if a job is particularly tricky. It’s a small operation, so you’re always talking to the same few people. We like it that way because it keeps things personal. Being in the Wani Vihar area means we’re close to home and close to the people we help. We just keep the tools ready and the workbench clear for the next computer that comes through the door. It is a good way to make a living around here.
