It's a tight squeeze in this lane sometimes, especially when the delivery trucks try to turn the corner. We focus on local food items, the kind of things people use in their kitchens every day. It's a lot of work, keeping everything clean and organized, but we manage. My family helps out, and we have a few local workers who have been with us since the beginning. The noise of the city is always in the background, but inside, we're just busy packing and sorting. We don’t spend money on big signs or fancy advertisements. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or just by walking past the gate. The air in Patel Nagar is always thick with the smell of cooking and life, and we fit right in. We deal with suppliers who bring in raw ingredients, and we spend our afternoons making sure everything is up to standard. It’s not a glamorous job, and our hands are usually busy from morning until late. We just want to make sure the food we put out is the same kind we’d eat at our own table. No shortcuts taken here.
