Our office is right near the Hari Nagar Clock Tower in New Delhi. The address is B150 A, so we are pretty easy to spot if you are familiar with the Hari Nagar area. That clock tower is a major landmark, so we just tell people to look for that when they are coming over. It is a lively neighborhood with a lot of shops and people moving around all day long. We do software work, but we do not act like those fancy startups in South Delhi. Our space is functional and a bit crowded with books and old hardware. Delhi summers are tough, so our air conditioner is usually working overtime. We have been in this building for quite a while now. We know the tea seller downstairs and the people in the nearby shops. It is a very local way of working. Sometimes the noise from the street gets into the office, but you get used to it after a week or two. We do not have a big HR department or a sleek lobby. It is just rooms where we sit and code or talk about projects. We prefer it this way because it is real and we do not have to pretend to be something we are not. People come to us because they want software that actually works without all the corporate jargon. We just do our best to get things right and keep the office running as smoothly as possible.
