Professional Concept

We operate out of a second-floor office in Vijay Vihar, Uttam Nagar. The address is P-52. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a decent enough spot. We call ourselves Professional Concept, and mostly we handle various types of project work and planning. It’s not a huge office, just a couple of rooms with desks and computers. The street outside is usually quite noisy with rickshaws and people moving about. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing or us talking through a design. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s not always easy being in a local neighborhood like this, but it keeps the costs down. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We do a lot of paperwork and digital files. Sometimes clients come over to sit and discuss their ideas, and we offer them water or tea. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t wear suits or anything. We just focus on the work at hand and try to finish things on time. Some days we stay late to meet a deadline, but that’s just how it is. We’ve been in Uttam Nagar for a few years now and we’re quite comfortable here. The fan in the corner makes a bit of noise but it keeps us cool while we work.
