Pro Interactive Service I Pvt Ltd is located at 186 1 Vipin Garden, near Kakrola More in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. It's a busy neighborhood and our office is right in the middle of it. We provide various services, mostly dealing with interactive systems and tech support. The office isn't very large, and it can get a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have a few computers and a lot of cables everywhere. We started this company because we saw a need for these services in the Uttam Nagar area. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. Most of our day is spent helping customers over the phone or fixing things that have been brought in. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the days are long. No corporate jargon or big meetings happen here. We just talk to each other and get the work done. The area is quite noisy with all the traffic at Kakrola More, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We've been here for a while and most of the locals know where we are. A decent job for a fair price is what we aim for. It’s a simple, honest business and we plan to keep it that way. We like being part of the community here and helping out where we can with technical issues.
