Our office for Posophia Technologies Private Limited is on the ground floor at D-114 in the JJ Colony area of Khyala. It’s a very local spot, and being on the ground floor means we see a lot of people passing by our window every day. The neighborhood is always active, which keeps things interesting. Inside, the office is pretty cramped because we have a lot of equipment squeezed into a small space. We have wires running across the floor and stacks of old hard drives in the corners. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We are just a few people who like working with technology. There’s no big hierarchy here. We don't have a boss who sits in a separate office; we all sit together at the same long desk. Our work involves a lot of troubleshooting and building small bits of software for different people. We don't spend any time on fancy presentations or marketing. Most of our work comes from people we already know or through word of mouth. We don't have a dress code, so most of the time we are just in t-shirts and slippers. It’s a very informal environment, and that’s how we like it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure things work. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living for us.
