You’ll find Polaris Software Lab Ltd over in the DDA Flats at Hari Nagar, specifically block Db 45C. It’s a typical New Delhi housing complex, and our office fits right into the local vibe. It isn't a sleek office tower. It’s more of a practical space where we can sit down and focus. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor could probably use a good scrub, but it’s where we do our best work. There’s always someone coming or going in the flats, so there’s a bit of background noise, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. We spend our time troubleshooting and writing bits of code. Lunch usually involves someone going out to grab rolls or whatever is available nearby. We don't do fancy meetings or use complicated jargon. If something is broken, we fix it. If a project is due, we stay until it’s finished. The space is a bit cramped when we’re all in at once, but it makes it easy to talk to each other. We’ve been in Hari Nagar for a while and like that it’s not too far from the main road but still feels like its own world. It’s just a regular office for regular people doing a technical job. We have a small clock on the wall that's always five minutes fast, but we never bother to fix it because we’re used to it.
