Penny Softlabs Llp is tucked away in Gali No.-8 of Golden Enclave, at D-59. It’s a quiet enough spot, which helps when you’re trying to write software. We aren't one of those massive tech firms in a glass building. We’re just a small group of developers working out of a modest office. There’s a lot of coffee involved in our daily routine. The space is filled with monitors and keyboards, and the occasional plant that someone forgets to water. We started this because we enjoyed the challenge of building things from scratch. It’s not always easy, and there are days when a single bug takes up the whole afternoon. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy sales pitch. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know someone we worked for. We keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the coding. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit loud with kids playing or cars passing, but we’re used to it. It feels more like a home office than a corporate one, which is how we like it. We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. It’s just about getting the logic right and making sure the software does what it’s supposed to do for the user. No more, no less. We’ve been here for a few years and have no plans to move anytime soon.
