If you go to the Kirti Nagar W.H.S. area, you will find us at Plot No.1/41. This part of the city is always buzzing with trucks and people moving furniture and industrial goods. Our warehouse is a big, open space that is usually filled with crates and boxes. We spend a lot of our time checking lists and making sure things are where they are supposed to be. It can get very dusty in the warehouse, so we don't wear our best clothes to work. The traffic in Kirti Nagar is famous for being terrible, so we have to plan our day around when the big lorries are coming in and out. We aren't a corporate office with glass walls and carpets. Our floors are concrete and the walls are just plain brick. We have a small corner with a desk where we handle the paperwork and take calls. Most of the people we deal with are other business owners or drivers who are in a hurry. We don't have time for a lot of small talk, but we try to be helpful when we can. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and shifting items around to make room for new stock. We’ve been here at Plot 1/41 for a good while, and we’ve gotten used to the rough and tumble of the wholesale market. It is just a plain, honest way to earn a living. We keep things simple and just focus on the task right in front of us today.
