Park Hospital

Park Hospital is situated right on the Outer Ring Road. It’s a very busy location because the Keshopur DTC Depot is just nearby. You can see the buses pulling in and out all day long. We are in the Chowkandi area, near Meera Enclave and Vikas Puri. This whole part of town is always moving. The hospital is quite a big building and we get a lot of people coming in from the main road. The traffic at the chowk can be pretty bad, so we always tell patients to leave early for their appointments. It’s a lot of work keeping a place like this running on such a busy road. We have a lot of different departments and the hallways are usually full of people. You can hear the city noise from inside, the honking and the bus engines. We have the Meera Enclave residents coming in, plus people from further out because of the Ring Road. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don’t have time for anything but the patients. The staff is always on the move. We have the basic cafeteria and the waiting halls are always packed. It’s just a busy, loud, functional hospital in a very busy part of Delhi. We just do our jobs and try to manage the crowds that come in every day. That is the reality here.
