Parallel Arch Solutions

We set up Parallel Arch Solutions at U-15 in Subhash Park, which is right in the heart of Uttam Nagar West. It’s a busy, lively part of Delhi, and our office reflects that energy. It’s not a large space, but it’s where all the work happens. We spend our time working on architectural solutions for a variety of local projects. Our desks are usually piled high with site surveys and government regulations. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in on whatever needs doing. Some days we are out on site, dealing with the dust and the heat, and other days we are stuck in the office trying to make a drawing look right on the computer. It’s a practical job. We deal with the real-world problems of building things in a crowded city like this. Finding space, making sure things are legal, and keeping the costs down are what we talk about most of the time. We aren't looking to win any fancy awards; we just want the structures we work on to be solid and useful. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask a quick question about a renovation they’re thinking about. We like that. It feels like we are part of the community here in Uttam Nagar. It’s a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on the blueprints and the tasks at hand. We usually have some old blueprints rolled up in the corner.
