We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group working out of a standard office. It’s nothing fancy, just some walls and the equipment we need to do our daily tasks. We don't spend a lot of money on making the place look corporate. We’d rather just pay the bills and keep things moving. The commute can be tough sometimes because Uttam Nagar is so busy, but we manage. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. Some days we have a lot of visitors, and other days it’s just us drinking tea and catching up on the paperwork. We don't have any polished scripts when we talk to people. We just say what's on our minds and try to be helpful. It’s a plain way of doing things, but it has served us well so far. We plan on staying on Baludyan Road as long as the building stands. If the power goes out, we just take a break until it comes back on.
