Our little office is at 92 Cottage Enclave, in Pocket A-4 of Paschim Vihar. We’ve been here in New Delhi 110063 for a good bit of time now. It’s a quiet enough pocket, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on computer stuff. We mostly handle things like software issues, hardware repairs, and helping local businesses get their tech sorted out. It’s not a high-tech lab with glass walls. It’s just a room with a lot of cables, some half-taken-apart towers, and a few desks pushed together. Sometimes the place looks like a total wreck, but we’re actually quite busy. We don’t have any polished salesmen. If you call, you’ll probably talk to the same person who’s going to be fixing your computer later. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years as technology changes so fast. It can be a bit overwhelming sometimes. Paschim Vihar has changed a lot since we started, but we stayed in the same spot. We don't spend money on advertising. Most people just know us from the neighborhood. We just try to fix things and make sure the software is running okay. It’s pretty basic stuff, but people need it. We just take one job at a time and try to get it done right without charging an arm and a leg.
