We are over at A-253/2 in Hari Nagar, New Delhi. It is a bit of a maze to find us if you are not from around here and don't know the turns. The building is older, and we share the street with all sorts of other small shops and residences. Inside, it is exactly what you would expect from an infotech place that has been around for a bit. There are towers of old monitors in the corner and more wires than we know what to do with. We do not have those fancy open-plan offices you see in magazines with bean bags. We have desks tucked into corners and shelves overflowing with manuals and spare parts. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool enough during the brutal Delhi summers. We are just a group of people who know our way around a computer and some software. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or marketing brochures that nobody reads anyway. Most of our work comes from people who know us and trust us to fix their problems when things go wrong. We usually have some music playing in the background to drown out the noise from the street outside. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We show up, we fix things, and we go home. It is not glamorous at all, but it is what we do and it keeps the lights on.
