Onetouch Solutions

We operate out of M 59 B, which is right in Gali No.5 over in New Mahaveer Nagar. It is not a huge place, just a regular office space where we get things done. If you know New Delhi-18, you know how busy these narrow streets can get during the afternoon. Onetouch Solutions has been at this address for a while now. Most days it is just us sitting around the desks, answering the phone and trying to keep the paperwork from piling up too high. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise when it is really hot outside, but we are used to it by now. We do not have fancy signs or anything like that. It’s just a practical spot for work. People from the neighborhood sometimes stop by just to ask directions or say hello. We spend a lot of time on the computer, obviously. Gali No.5 is tucked away, so it takes a minute to find us if you are not looking closely. We have some old chairs and a table that has seen better days, but they do the job. It feels like a normal part of the community here. We mostly just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized, even if it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once. Anyway, this is where we are and what our daily life looks like in New Mahaveer Nagar.
