We’ve been here at L- 86 in Kirti Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy spot, and we mostly spend our days looking at screens or trying to figure out why some piece of tech isn't doing what it’s supposed to. People come in from around the neighborhood with all sorts of gadgets. Sometimes the shop gets a bit cluttered with parts and tools, but that is just how we work. It’s not a fancy office. We have a couple of benches where we sit and tinker. Omni Technology isn't some big chain; it is just us here trying to keep things running for whoever walks through the door. Kirti Nagar has a lot of energy, and we fit right into the mix. You might see us grabbing tea nearby when things are slow. We handle the hardware and software stuff that most people find frustrating. It takes patience, and some days are longer than others. The air conditioner hums in the corner, and there is always a stack of things to get through. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to us directly about whatever is broken or needs an update. We try to be straight with people about what can be fixed and what’s probably seen its last day. It is a simple setup, but it works for us and the folks who live around here. We just stay busy, keep the lights on, and do the work we can.
