Nlc Systems is based in the basement of D-120 in Defence Colony. It’s a well-known neighborhood in South Delhi, and being in a basement keeps the temperature down during those really hot summer months. It’s a bit of a different vibe down here, away from the street noise. We set this up as a place to focus on systems and tech support. The office isn't very large, and since it’s a basement, we rely on a lot of lamps to keep it bright. We have a few long tables where everyone sits together. There isn't much privacy, but it makes it easier to ask someone a quick question when a problem pops up. We aren't a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are just a local team trying to provide decent tech solutions to the people who find us. Defence Colony is a nice place to walk around during a lunch break, which is a big plus. We don't use much fancy jargon or have complicated policies. If someone has a tech issue, we look at it and try to fix it. It’s pretty simple. Sometimes the humidity gets to us, but a couple of fans usually do the trick. We like the fact that we’ve stayed small and manageable. It lets us keep a handle on everything without getting lost in paperwork. It’s just our little corner of Delhi, and we are quite happy with how things are running.
