Nitin Singal

Nitin Singal is located at Flat No. D-104 in Shiv Vihar. We are right opposite Udyog Nagar on Rohtak Road in Paschim Vihar, Delhi. The pin code is 110087. This is a very industrial part of the city, so there is always a lot of heavy traffic and trucks on the main road. The noise is something you just have to live with. Our office is inside the Shiv Vihar complex. It is a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It’s not huge, but we make it work. D-104 is on the ground floor, so it’s easy to get into, which is nice. We have a couple of rooms where we keep our supplies and our computers. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor is just standard tile. We don’t have any fancy decorations because we are mostly focused on the tasks in front of us. Being near Udyog Nagar means we are close to a lot of other businesses, so there is always a sense of activity around here. We’ve been at this Rohtak Road address for several years. We know the local shopkeepers and the security guards at the gate. It feels like a small community even though the city is so big. We don’t have a marketing department or a sales team. It’s just us here in the flat, doing the work that comes in. It’s a simple, honest way to run things in this part of Delhi.
