Nagarro Software Pvt Ltd is found at 15 80 on the second floor in Subhash Nagar. This is in the New Delhi 110027 area, which is always packed with people and traffic. Our office isn't very large, and being on the second floor means we have to walk up the stairs every morning, which is our bit of exercise for the day. Subhash Nagar is a lively place with a lot of shops and small businesses, so there is always something to see out the window. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We deal with software, so the room is usually full of the sound of typing and the hum of the air conditioner. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. We have our desks crammed in, and there are always stacks of papers and old hard drives lying around. New Delhi can be a tough place to work because of the heat and the crowds, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels normal. We don't have any promotional materials or big mission statements hanging on the walls. We just focus on the code we are writing and the deadlines we have to meet. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we usually just order some food and keep going. It’s a very basic, honest way of working, and we don’t try to pretend it’s anything else.
