N S Info Security Solutions

We are tucked away in Shyam Vihar Phase-1, specifically at Block B, Plot No. 3 on Street No. 14. It is a bit of a drive to get out here to Najafgarh, but this is where N S Info Security Solutions started. The office is basically a room full of cameras, DVRs, and rolls of cat-6 cable. We spend a lot of time out on the road, installing systems at different houses or shops. When we are back at the shop, we are usually testing equipment or trying to figure out why a particular sensor isn't working. It’s a small team, and we all do a bit of everything, from climbing ladders to doing the billing. The walls are covered in diagrams we drew with markers to explain things to each other. Road No. 3 is usually crowded with parked cars, so it’s a tight squeeze to get our van out in the morning. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings while we are in the back, we just have to run for it. It gets pretty dusty in this part of town, so we are always wiping down the lenses and the gear. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure the stuff we install actually stays on and works like it is supposed to. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and dealing with tangled wires, but it’s what we do. The neighbors usually stop by to chat while we load the van.
