Mtouch Solutions is tucked away on Mall Road in Tilak Nagar, at No.1/27. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets with all the shops and people walking around. Our space isn’t very large, but we make it work for everything we have to do. Most of the time, the desks are covered with parts or papers because there is always a project halfway finished. We don’t really go in for the polished look you see in those big corporate buildings downtown. Here, it’s more about the actual work. Someone is usually on a call or looking at a screen, trying to figure out a problem that came in that morning. The light from the window isn't the best, so we use a lot of desk lamps to see what we are doing. Tilak Nagar has a specific energy, and being on Mall Road means we hear the honking and the chatter all day long. Sometimes we grab a quick tea from the stall nearby when we need a break from the screens. It’s just a group of us who know how to handle the technical side of things without making a big fuss about it. We don't use scripts when people call; we just talk like normal people and try to help. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how a working office looks when you’re actually busy. Every single day brings something new and we just roll with it.
