Our place is 1A/1 in the X Block of Gopal Nagar, out in Najafgarh. We’ve been here for a while now, handling all sorts of internet and networking work. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s usually pretty calm. We spend our days working with routers, cables, and various pieces of networking hardware. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. When someone’s internet goes down, they usually aren't very happy, so we try to get things sorted out as quickly as we can. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a ground-floor space where we keep our tools and spare parts. Sometimes the shelves get a bit disorganized when we’re in a rush to get out to a job. We don’t really do any fancy advertising or anything. People in the area just know where we are and what we do. We've seen a lot of changes in how people connect to the web since we first started. Some days are spent entirely on-site at different houses or offices, and other days we’re just here in the shop testing equipment. We don't have a lot of employees, just a few of us who know the technical side of things. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We just try to be straightforward with people about what can be fixed and what needs replacing.
