Our office is located at 1-C-28 in N D Colony, which is a fairly quiet part of Kirti Nagar. If you walk down the main road, you have to turn into the colony and look for the gate with our name on it. It’s more of a residential setting than a business district, which actually suits us just fine. We like the trees and the fact that we can hear the birds in the morning instead of just constant car horns. Micronet Solutions started out with just a couple of desks in one room, and while we’ve grown a bit since then, we still use the same old furniture. The paint on the walls is starting to peel a little in the corners, but nobody here seems to mind much. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking through things in the small meeting area. It’s a very laid-back atmosphere, probably because we’ve all known each other for a long time. There is no dress code here, and the boss usually brings in snacks on Friday afternoons. It feels less like a corporate office and more like a shared workspace for friends. We don't have a fancy website or a huge marketing budget. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in Kirti Nagar. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it keeps us going.
