We're set up at Plot No. 45A on Road No. 1 in Mundka Udyog Nagar. It’s right off Rohtak Road, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re looking for it. Metcon Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. is basically a bunch of us working on technical stuff every day. The area is pretty industrial, lots of dust and trucks moving around all the time. Our building is solid and we spend most of our time in the back where the real work happens. It’s not a quiet office by any means. There’s always someone fixing something or checking a drawing. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just do what needs doing. Some days are longer than others, especially when a big project is moving out the door. We’ve been in Mundka for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood change, but our routine stays mostly the same. We come in, check the lists, and get to it. The coffee isn't great, but it keeps us awake. If you need something technical, we’re the ones sitting here figuring it out. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. It’s just us, some tools, and the work on the table. That’s how we like to run things here.
